Sovereign is an embodied inquiry & Intervention in themes of Sex, Power & Influence & the main pillars of this work are;

Part Therapeutic Group-Coaching Process & Part Accelerated Certification Program.
With a combination of embodiment coaching calls, along with alchemical self-paced journaling exercises & group processes, we will do some important radical self inquiry together so that we can come into contact with our authentic expression of integrated Leadership - before we take this work into the wider-world.We will transform our nervous systems, our imagination and learn how we can conspire to co-inspire this feminine revolution of courage, clarity & compassion together.Let us - against all odds - embody the truth & love that we are longing to see more of in the world. & Let us learn how to sustainably serve the great change - without compromising our tender integrity.

I have my own personal lineage of not-so-sovereignty.I've certainly swam deep in the depths of victimhood, I've known true loneliness, I've spent hours comparing myself to other 'powerful' women & I never thought in a million years I'd be holding transformative spaces for groups of over 100 people both online and in person.I suffered with a severe stammer as a teenager & found public speaking terrifying. I have also had a long, complex journey with my own journey of gender dysphoria - my relationship to femininity & to other women has been a whole story in & of itself.
Yet, I stand here - in service to the healing of all women who are told they are ‘too much’, I find myself attracting clients who are told that theyre ‘too complicated’ & I adore supporting women in becoming obedient to nothing else other than their true nature - and, from the place, being in service to something greater than themselves.

When do we begin & when exactly are all the LIVE classes?
Our first LIVE call together is Thursday 6th January at 20:00 CET
( 19:00 UTC / 11:00 PST / 05:00 AEST )
Twice a month we will meet on a THURSDAY at 20:00 CET for 2 hours - these calls will cover the core curriculum teaching transmissions along with dojo-style partner embodiment exercises to practice the teachings.
Once a month we will meet on a SUNDAY at 11:00 CET
( 10:00 UTC / 02:00 PST / 20:00 AEST) for a Q+A & Group Coaching session where you can ask Questions & Share with the community any personal processes that may arise...

Is it essential that I show up-to the sessions LIVE or can i watch the replay and attend that way?
YES! All LIVE sessions will be available for replay for 12 months after the course & although it can be strong to be there in the session whilst its happening, I truly believe you can receive just as much by knowing you’re in the same process as other women. We will have our own MIGHTY NETWORKS network additionally - where you'll be able to connect with the other Sovereigns, ask Questions & organize your own sharing-circles & study groups to practice the tools provided & seek further support. We will also have a whole team of previous Sovereign graduates, a trauma-informed therapeutic mentor to support the container, and a brave(r) spaces guide who will guide addtional sessions depending on the needs of the group.
And what about refunds?
In general, there are no refunds available - if a true & real emergency arises, please reach out to us via email to speak to us about refunds. Otherwise, once the course has started there will be no refunds available.

I’m worried the workload will be too much, How much time should I make for this course?
To be totally honest, I recommend you taking this course at your own pace - honour yourself in every moment; miss a class, watch the replay when you like & don’t feel obliged to do any homework. This is a course for YOU, so it’s up to YOU how much work you put in. I would recommend putting 1 hour to the side each week for homework alongside the bi-weekly group calls. I do personally feel this is a good training to do on its own - without any other distractions, so as to honour it as both a training AND a personal process.
Does my sexual identity and relationship style affect my ability to attend this course?
This course is aimed at all beings who identify as a woman - trans, cisgender, intersex - all of you are welcome. However, if you are female assigned at birth and are in your own gender-queer journey or if you simply don't enjoy the pronoun of 'woman' - you are SO welcome to join us with the following disclaimer - I will refer to the group often as “women” & femmes & so i encourage you to practice your own sovereignty as to whether that feels good/not for you to join us.
I work with transgender, non binary and gender-queer clients in my 1:1 work - yet this work truely is hugely beneficial for WOMEN identified beings because of the topics of power & sex that we work with. We will speak about masculinity and femininity throughout the course - & I may refer to heterosexual relational dynamics, However - as a pansexual & polyamorous woman myself - I fully welcome every relationship style and sexual oriententation here in this course where many people will come together from different walks in life.
How much time & support will I actually get to have with Melissa Maya or her team?
Melissa Maya will host every LIVE call - only those who purchase the ‘personalized’ coaching package will get to have 1-1 support with Melissa. Melissa & the team will be holding-space in the MIGHTY NETWORKS group, addtionally, to respond to any questions throughout. The in-personn residential retreat will be held also by Melissa & the sovereign team.
