there is no experience required,
however - if you’ve never done any kind of embodiment work before you may find the space to be quite an initiation into just that.
we will work with embodiment + practice relating deeply with one another, without the ‘niceties’ we’re so used to in ‘normal’ society. the intention is to create a sanctuary for two days of ripening into authentic sisterhood.
