this updated iteration of the program will focus on attentional sovereignty; how can your cervix-orientation practices support you in becoming attentionally attuned to desire rather than lack. intention rather than compulsion. embracing rather than controlling. the cervix as a seat of psychological and physical empowerment.
the practices inside of this program aim to repair codependency and install a deeper sense of responsibility *ability to respond. it is in that highly responsible state that our soma actually learns to trust ourselves. this is a very different kind of work to ‘self'-love’. it is repairing trust where trust was previously sabotaged by our own choices.
engaging with the cervix and the pelvis in this unique way on a daily basis serves as a highly practical process that disrupts trauma-responses installed by the dominant culture we live in and replenishes faith, surrender and creativity.
