In this 3-hour workshop we will cover modern + age-old tools for love that serve to foster intimacy, trust & eventually synergy.

You can come solo or with a friend/lover/family member or a total stranger you would like to practice transparency with.

Relationships are the real spiritual work. There’s nothing more spiritual than the act of clearing the mind, opening the heart & restoring the nervous system so that we can hold the blessing of love. So many of us are great at calling-in love, but so few of us are mystics in the path of love - with a system strong enough to really hold the lessons that love wants to show us.

It's one thing to have a conversation with god, get lost in different dimensions but it’s a whole other kind of meditation to sustain a transparent & nourishing relationship. This is a laboratory of inquiry for how we can co-create modern relationships that serve to support our spiritual journey. This is a space where we dare to imagine a liberated way of relating. Open hearted, clear minded & nervous system grounded.

This workshop will include a balance of one-body {solo} practices for opening your heart & self-regulation along with dyadic {partner} exercises for cultivating trust & intimacy.
