about the practice;
the term sadhana directly translates to - a daily devotional practice. in my own personal and professional experience working with and through the body - i have seen no greater tool than that of a daily embodiment practice.
this is a basic pre-requisite for doing deeper, spiritual, psychological and emotional work - in my opinion. this is how we learn to trust ourselves.
