here’s all the info you may require for our time together on saturday
prepare yourself for an indulgent, sensuous evening of feminine nectar.
the intention for this edition of the lounge.
as we bid fairwell to the last days of the year of the snake, we open in to an evening that honours the slow yet certain unwinding in to spring whilst nourishing the deep dark wintering. our intention is to hold a gentle yet brave space of melting & unfurling - tending to one another. the opening ritual will explore ways of connecting slowly, whilst unwinding tension out the body. surrender is the target, Love is the arrow.
the prayer is that you leave feeling exquisitely nourished, connected & met; in all ways.
a reminder of the location: &SOUL sanctuary on cheshire street, in Shoreditch.
when you arrive at the reception desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our team who can respond to any questions you have. please arrive in plenty of time to get changed. the facilities has a beautiful changing room with warm showers, mirrors, hair-dryers & straighteners.
you may rent a towel from the venue for the evening.
the venue requires briefs worn in the sauna & women can go topless if they so wish.
there are lockers in the changing room. please leave all your belongings in there. the only thing you may want is a vessel for water. if you have things you’d like for the open-lounge [6:30pm-8:30pm] you can go to get those during the break.
no footwear inside of the lounge; we recommend bringing socks.
Please feel free to bring any sensual tools you may wish to play with during the open space.
we will provide a small selection of sweet treats & snacks throughout the evening & the palm springs in-house cafe is open for anything more substantial.
we do recommend eating before you come to the event as the time magically disappears once we begin✨
the program:-
4pm: arrivals + welcome drink.
4:30pm - doors close.
4:30-6:30pm facilitated ritual.
6:30-8:30pm: open-lounge
8:30-9pm closing.
9-10pm:sauna.
*everything is optional and you’re welcome to leave whenever you like.
in any exercise proposed & in any moment during the lounge, you are encouraged to only follow what feels like a full yes. if a no emerges, please take advantage of the space as if it’s your own. lie on the couch, be with yourself, enjoy the sauna, etc. someone from the team might come check on you, but we strongly suggest you ask for support as we have a team specifically for precisely this-to be with you if anything emerges that deserves company.
nb: sauna is open to the pubic & all genders so other folks will be in there. you’re welcome to go in there from 7pm on or wait until the end when a larger group of us go together.
what to wear?
as we attempt to create a very Venusian sanctuary for the feminine to bloom in- we ask that you come dressed for the occasion. how rarely do we get to fully indulge in our sensual femininity like this?...
yet please be as comfortable as you need to be.
we recommend kimonos, silky pj’s, sensual and very very easy to move in.
& just as a reminder,
-this is a substance free, sober space.
-nudity is permitted and all forms of attuned intimacy are welcome yet we are not a sex positive event. it’s a panties-on, non penetrative space. this is a place to explore & innovate desires previously explored or known- sexuality beyond genitals, friction & intensity.
-no phones in the space after 4:30pm:-photography is permitted in the space from 4-4:30pm for photos of the installation and the space. feel free to take photos from 9pm on too; just not during the main ritual & lounge.
our agreement for the space:
in order to cultivate a brave yet tender space, we ask that you come with an open-heart & willingness to lean in to unfamiliar territory. what we’re exploring in the lounge - women being unapologetic & expressed - might feel confronting for you. women tending gently to women may also ironically feel violent if you’re new to this way of being together; in body & in intimacy beyond how we’ve known sexuality to be.
we ask that you seek company in moments of trigger; please don’t bear it alone. there is a team of ‘angels’ to go to especially for company or just general connection during the event: our team will be there for you all night for anything & everything. They’re very much the momma’s of the temple.
