The prayer is a simple one;
The inquiry we will explore & embody is the following:-
What if women rose, rooted in their deep sense of trust in their root?
What if women were informed & embodied in their own self-healing capacities via their womb?
What if women innerstood how to be their own medicine & their own oracle?
What if the most potent medicine - after years of struggle-fuelled empowerment - is a simple yet profound space of nourishment & beauty?
The work is both practical & mystical; as all womb-centred work is. We will explore some of the oldest, deepest yet most simple technologies of the womb -
We gather in service of the liberation of all women & the healing of all womb-spaces. We hold the intention to create a sanctuary in severance of feminine sexuality.

The Essence;
For four days, an intimate group of 12 women will gather in the wild nature of Krøderen, Norway
to explore what it means to prioritise their womb - on a physical level; through exploration of womb-centred Ritual, Sadhana & bodywork.
& this is simply the beginning;
This Retreat is a ripe opportunity to seed healing & relaxation whilst simultaneously discovering tools & teachings to support you in fully embracing womb-centred leadership; for yourself & for your community.

The terrain of women’s sexuality is evolving rapidly.
Women are doing essential recalibrating & resetting work for the present & future of all female bodies;
& its all happening In this powerful,mysterious & bountiful organ; the womb. The womb is an important center-point. She sits in the center of the body upon the throne of neighbouring organs who either foster her creativity or let it perish when the interdependence is denied or not yet made conscious. The womb is an undeniable force; a physiological catalyst for shifting consciousness & raising awareness. Not only on the individual layer; on the neuro-anthorpological layer too.
‘The feminine is awakening’ You may have heard that before? Yet what does that mean for the contemporary woman? In practical terms? There is a responsibility in being born in a female-forged vessel. We have access to a profound wellspring of information beyond words.It really is true what they say; that all we need is within us. For a female we know a deeper layer of this. There is an algorithm interwoven in the glands of the uterus - a wisdom laced in the front column - the route of the vagus nerve channel that spans from throat to cervix. The spinal fluid of a female body has tangible distinctions. There is a multi-orgasmic hymn that the cells of a female body only knows & when a woman uncovers this data within her own physical temple. Not only is she re-sensitised to a wild mecca of sensuality, She is simultaneously re-focussed, reoriented in all aspects of her life & life itself…

The Location
- NORD -
The retreat is held in the stunning location of Krøderen, Norway - on the shores of a beautiful lake.
NORD is owned by Skinnes Gård, one of Norway's oldest regenerative farms.
The traditional lavvo/tipi with modern heating will serve as our common womb-space.

Public transport will take you all the way to Krøderen from Oslo Central Station, and we will coordinate logistics and transport in good time before the retreat via the Telegram group you will be added to a few weeks in advance of the retreat.

Melissa Maya
WOMB-CENTRED LEADERSHIP & EMBODIMENT
Melissa Maya is the founder of WØMB CREW & has initiated this retreat into being.
Melissa Maya is in service to supporting women to emerge into their authentic, embodied & unbridled expression of feminine leadership.
Fundamentally, a bodyworker & a dancer, turned tantric devotee & Poet, she uses movement & words to carry a sound-current & transmission to support women in uncovering their own inner creatrix. The work is as practical as it is mystical; rooted in grounded technologies with & through the body.
Melissa Maya will be guiding the structure of the retreat; to ground-in & integrate the high-octave experiences right back into the faculties of the body. Her offerings will be rooted in embodiment, asana, breathwork & expression.
Melissa Maya will be offering Morning Sadhana - guiding womb-centric pathways for the female body to move itself into higher states of grounding & deeper sensation of safety in the physical womb.
She will also hold Satsang to create a space of peer-peer mentorship & forum-like conscious communication sessions - to allow the tool of huma-human relation to be an alchemical place to uncover our relationship to ourselves, our womb & the shared-womb.

Caroline Inaya
WOMB-CENTRED SHAMANISM
Caroline Ināya is a nordic healer, sourceress and mystic. As a priestess of the natural realm, she is in service to restoring separation in all its forms and leading us into deeper connection with our sacred now.
She is an initiate of the Essene Mystery School of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene and has studied with both human and more-than-human teachers. A true-born ecstatic, Ināya uses the power of poetry, words and frequency to weave and anchor in our lost language of light, the language of the heart. As a herbalist, she lives in deep dialogue with wild plant allies, nature spirits, and the elementals..
Ināya draws inspiration from indigeous wisdom practices, zen traditions, archetypes, tantric buddhism and the ‘warm breath of the Dakini’. She has recently made a firm commitment to the red path and has since received a series of powerful transmissions on the coming of the ‘way of the womb’.
During the retreat, she will be offering nature connection practices, self-care/pleasure rituals, drum/sound journeys, medicine music, sauna ritual and 1:1 guidance. She will also hold a sensory immersion and wisdom council on nordic medicine plants/mushrooms and their contemporary uses.
Caroline is the founder of Norwegian Sage, a portal for regenerative practice and Pinecone Leadership, where she brings sustainability pioneers into deeper connection with inner nature and conscious leadership.
