the essence of the journey;
we will meet once for a womb-centred ceremony focussing on pleasure cultivation via the method of Taoist Feminine Tantric Breathwork in combination with a potent pevlic-floor healing practice. We will clear the space & look to heal the womb physiologically & energetically.
we will meet once for a womb-centred sadahana - a series of exercises based on taoism, kundalini yoga, womb-yoga & gyrokinesis. Practices all specifically designed to expand + contract the pelvic floor upon will. We will look to physically gain a sense of agency in the center of the body; able to foster & control fertility, balance hormones & heal any unresolved trauma stored in the connective tissues of the vulva.
we meet once for a satsang; a womb-centred transmission - both informative & experiential; about the cervix - how to connect, heal & transform our relationship with this miraculous part of the body. the topic of hormonal balance & general womb-healing, womb orgasms & pleasure will be covered in the satsang.
we will meet once, finally, to harvest any questions. answer them. see to them.
we will close as a community with integration tools provided additional to the PORTAL experience.
We will have our own private telegram portal to employ as our own womb-satsang for peer-peer mentorship
& for Q+A’s with the space-holder throughout.
